Behind the scenes on the PGA Tour

Apr 20, 2016

The past few months have been incredibly busy and have had me all over the world; from Victoria, BC, to Winnipeg, Reykjavik, Iceland and Tampa, FL.  I will have some interesting stories from all of these journeys coming out in the next few weeks, but I thought with the season fast approaching that I would share my most recent article published on GolfWRX.

Its only natural that we all want to play better this year than last.  I feel this article does a good job capturing how combining statistical tracking and equipment optimization can be used to make improvements without going through any invasive swing changes.

One of the simplest things you could do to have a great season is to start to track your performance using programs like Shots to Hole and Shot by Shot.  After you have 10 rounds catalogued go find the top club fitter in your area and have them help modify equipment to fill the gaps on any weaknesses in performance you may find.
